Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and graphics are owned by Stream Pulse Grid or used under licence. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without prior written consent. Findings packs delivered under an engagement remain subject to the licence terms in that engagement’s agreement; typically clients receive a licence to use materials internally for their media app operations.

Client materials

When you share playback exports, title metadata, or related materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. You remain responsible for redacting personal data that is not required for the engagement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site by attempting unauthorised access, submitting malicious content through forms, or scraping the site in a way that impairs service for others.
